Natural Force is looking for a remote based Operations Manager to join its fast-paced distributed team to help manage its growing inventory and logistics needs. The Natural Force Operations Manager is responsible for all inventory and logistics across multiple manufacturers and sales channels. This person is responsible for tracking inventory using reports and sales data, replenishing inventory across sales channels, forecasting and purchasing.
Job Description:
The Operations Manager oversees all aspects of production, inventory, and SKU management for the company. This person is an expert on managing production runs, inventory forecasting and distribution.  This person is familiar with the food and supplement manufacturing process and is responsible for coordinating with our third-party manufacturers to manage and track open purchase orders for inventory production. Part of the daily duties of this position also include managing the company’s Amazon seller account and replenishing Amazon FBA inventory.
Main Duties:
-Creation and management of the company’s projects regarding operations and production within project management platform.
-Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements for both new and existing products.
-Help organize, source and purchase materials and oversee relationships with contract manufacturers.
-Manage, control and monitor inventory across all warehouses and ensure warehouse efficiency and stock accuracy.
-Use of ERP software to perform inventory forecasting and place purchase orders for product to ensure proper inventory levels, production timelines and stock counts.
-Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives by working closely with both the marketing and sales departments.
-Monitor and perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s.
-Manage Amazon FBA seller accounts in the US, Canada and other potential markets.
-Coordinate logistics and create shipping plans to ensure efficient inventory allocation, movement and storage.
-SKU data management including barcodes, case labels, expiration dates, pricing, COG’s and more.
-Coordinate with a 3PL company and virtually monitor shipping and receiving across all warehouses.

Job Requirements:
-Ability to work and communicate effectively from a remote working environment using cloud-based communication and operations tools.
-4 year degree in business operations or related field plus 2 years of field experience
Minimum 5 years of operations management experience
-Minimum of 1 year experience with supervising, hiring and training employees. 
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience with fitness, supplements, or nutrition.
-Ability to use project management and ERP software.
Salary & Benefits: 
This position pays $56k a year and allows you to work from home, or any location! Additional financial benefits include a 401k with employer match and year end profit sharing bonus. You will enjoy 10 days of paid time off as well as 6 company wide paid holidays. Health insurance including vision and dental is partially sponsored and available for you and your family. 
Some travel will be required for initial training, periodic manufacturing site visits as well as expo attendances and for our annual company retreat!
